About
I am Professor in the School of Economic Sciences at Washington State University and Co-Editor-in-Chief of Environmental and Resource Economics (ERE) and International Review of Environmental and Resource Economics (IRERE). I am also co-editor of Economic Inquiry.
My research interest focuses on topics related to Environmental Economics, Game Theory and Industrial Organization. I have extensively examined the strategic effects of environmental regulation on firms’ profit and consumers’ behavior. I am also interested on the management of Common Pool Resources, the effects of adaptation to mitigate climate change, the signaling role of ecolabels under uncertainty, and the co-existence of different regulatory agencies on merger decisions.
